Civil Engineering Technician Sean DeSilva, E.I.T., focuses on civil design and construction phase services for drinking water systems, water reuse systems, and water and wastewater treatment facilities. Sean joined the team at Brelje & Race in November of 2024, bringing a broad foundation of experience in permitting, design, specification, estimation, and construction administration for water and wastewater projects. Sean holds a B.S. in Environmental Resources Engineering from Cal Poly Humboldt. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, photography, and spending time with his wife and son.
