Senior Project Advisor Paul Bartholow has 41 years of civil engineering and management experience. Joining Brelje & Race in 2012, Paul has considerable expertise in the design of educational institutions and residential and commercial site development projects. Paul specializes in civil site and roadway improvement design, including grading, hydrology and hydraulic studies, and storm water management and treatment. Paul's clients appreciate his focus on achieving their vision and his keen understanding of how civil engineering design can contribute to the success of their project. Outside of work, you can either find Paul and his family sailing on Lake Almanor, or look up in the sky, as he has been a private pilot for over 25 years.
