Kevin serves in the role of Civil Engineering Technician. Locally raised in Cloverdale, Kevin’s early interest in technical pursuits drew him to a career in civil engineering. What started as an internship at Brelje & Race while attending CSU Chico has grown into a full-time role with the firm. Kevin specializes in water, wastewater, and stormwater control projects, including planning, design, construction phase services, and operations support. An avid outdoorsman, Kevin enjoys hunting and fishing in his free time, as well as cooking with his family.
