With Brelje & Race since 1999, Justin is a senior environmental planner with decades of experience conducting environmental compliance for water, wastewater, and site development projects. Justin is adept at preparing required documents and conducting public review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). He is also proficient in processing environmental permits through US Army Corps of Engineers, US Fish and Wildlife Service, Regional Water Quality Control Board and the California Department of Fish and Wildlife. Collaborating with specialists in fields like biology, cultural resources, air quality, hazardous materials, and traffic, Justin works to ensure successful project outcomes with minimal impact.

Justin actively follows all legal and regulatory developments related to environmental compliance and is a member of the Association of Environmental Professionals. Outside the office he enjoys camping with his family.
