With Brelje & Race since 2016, John Navarro brings 23 years of civil engineering and drafting experience. John’s civil design experience is focused on roadway reconstructions; street improvements; sewer, water and storm drain replacements/improvements; ADA upgrades; and multi-use paths, as well as land development plans for commercial and residential projects. John is also adept at boundary analysis, Record of Survey, Parcel Maps, Final Maps, map calculations, preparation of estimates/proposals, ALTA surveys, and legal descriptions. John is proficient at computer drafting and modeling and has earned Autodesk Certification as an AutoCAD Civil 3D Professional and BIM Specialist for road and highway design. A dedicated father of two, in his off hours you’ll find John enjoying time with his family.
