Joining Brelje & Race in 2003, Land Surveyor Jeff Roach holds over 25 years of experience in land surveying field, including extensive field experience. Jeff is proficient in delivering a broad range of survey products, including boundary, topography, construction, utility, control, right of way, ALTA, and Flood Certificates. Prior to becoming Survey Manager, Jeff served many years in the field, leading as Party Chief for hundreds of survey projects for both public and private clients. Jeff holds an A.A. in Civil Survey Technology from Santa Rosa Junior College and is a is a registered Land Surveyor in California (#9158).
