‍Andre Morand recently joined the firm as Marketing and Communications Lead. In this role, Andre is the subject leader for promotional activities and business development, working with the leadership team to identify and pursue new opportunities. Andre’s prior experience includes marketing and business management in landscape architecture, as well as graphic design and communications consulting. A Rohnert Park native, Andre graduated from Sonoma State University with a B.A. in Environmental Studies and Urban Planning. Outside the office, Andre enjoys hand crafting heirloom-quality patchwork quilts in his Cotati studio.

Drawing upon over two decades of experience, Tim Robinson joins the team as Land Surveyor. Tim holds a B.S. in Survey Engineering from California State University Fresno and is a licensed Land Surveyor in California (#8472). Tim’s work on our team will encompass a broad range of land surveying services, such as Records of Survey and parcel mapping. Prior to joining Brelje & Race Tim worked with land surveying enterprises in Marin County and the Peninsula. In his free time Tim is an avid amateur astronomer and enjoys art and writing.

Yasmim Yoldi-Bailey serves as an Engineering Technician. She is currently working on a variety of land development projects, including school modernization and ADA accessibility improvements. She brings international experience to the firm, having served on both structural and civil engineering teams in her homeland of Brazil. Yasmim received her bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Pará in Belém, Brazil. A dedicated athlete, Yasmim earned national championship medals for volleyball while in university. In her free time she enjoys such varied interests as weightlifting and fashion makeup.
